Crushing fruits to make sodas

A weekend of pickle activity. We were invited to take over the pinball park with various other orgs and diy projects as part of sustainability weekeneder to bring; a pay-what-you-can market from Glut Clubs. A natural soda workshop. And a sunday kraut service.

Alongside the workshops we set up a market selling the products produced through our local glut clubs. The Pay-what-you-can market was a fantastic space to interrogate the idea's and around a PWYC model and meet more people.

Our resident bacteria scientist Nicole brought along a microscope and some slides with some of our favourite bacterias to bring people into the tiny world of our most mysterious collaborators.

The sodas were screwed up and given their fermentation starter of ginger bug (see library for recipes). Left to do their magic over a few days.
